I am super excited to be releasing this app for the benefit of our community. The Donelson Hills Facebook Group has been very helpful to us all, and we should still use it. However, I wanted to create something that touched on a subject I see very often on the group page - Neighbors asking neighbors for recommendations of services, as well as, posting their services for hire. I am releasing SkillSeek exclusively to the Donelson Hills community ( for now ). It is 100% free with no ads or sneaky in-app purchases. It is specifically designed for seeking and providing services and goods ( freebies and even "for sale" items ) within Donelson Hills. Community and camaraderie are very evident in our quaint little oasis, nestled in the big city of Nashville, and I believe our actions set a wonderful example for how communities should behave. This app will eventually go beyond the scope of Donelson Hills, but for now SkillSeek is for you...all of you. I would love to see it being used, and I would love your feedback ( good or bad ), and constructive criticism from the people who inspired me to create it in the first place. I have embedded an analytics tool so I can collect basic metrics such as: how many people visit the app, at what frequency it is visited, the average number of users per day/week/month, etc. ** IMPORTANT NOTE: I DO NOT COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA...NOT EVEN YOUR NAME! ** The metrics are simply so I have a portfolio to present to an investor so I can grow the app overtime. I have put a lot of sleepless hours into making SkillSeek a super fast, super secure application all on my dime and my time...because I believe in it whole-heartedly.
